Details worth knowing
What counts as storage?
Screenshots, files, recorded sessions and artifacts share one storage allowance across your organization's workspaces. Creating another workspace does not create more storage.
What happens if I go over?
Uploads that would exceed your organization's storage limit stop, and we tell you why. Existing data stays available. After a downgrade, free up storage or upgrade before adding more files.
Do I pay for the AI?
Managed AI uses a separate prepaid balance: 100 credits = $1, with usage charged at 2× actual provider API cost. Pro and Team include the monthly amounts shown above. Starter has no monthly AI bonus, but can buy credits too. Top-ups are manual; there are no automatic refills. Your own AI connection is billed directly by your provider, with no AI usage charge from vitrinka.
Will AI credits expire?
The included monthly bonus renews with each successful subscription payment and expires at the end of that billing period. Purchased credits carry forward and survive membership changes. Running out pauses managed AI without stopping your boards or collaboration.
Who needs a seat?
Each member counts once across the organization, even when they belong to several workspaces. Someone you send a single board link to is not a member and does not take a seat.
