The bill

Platform membership. AI on its own balance.

Monthly prices are per organization, excluding VAT. Storage and seats are shared across workspaces. Managed AI uses its own prepaid balance, with monthly credits included in Pro and Team. During beta, paid memberships and managed AI credits are not available yet; the prices and allowances below are planned.

Free, no card

Enough to run a real project through the whole loop before you decide anything. Both of the free tier's limits are stated up front, because hitting one without warning is how a trial turns into a grudge.

1.5 GiB or 100 boards per workspace — whichever you reach first.
5 seats — a seat is a membership in the organisation, whatever role it carries.
Your own AI connection — your provider bills your usage directly. No managed AI trial is included in this offer.
No card — nothing to cancel if you stop.

Starter, Pro and Team

Choose the storage and seats your organization needs. Pro and Team include a monthly AI bonus; Starter can buy AI credits separately.

Starter — $8 a month — 5 GiB, 5 seats, no included AI bonus. Buy credits when needed.
Pro — $19 a month — 25 GiB, 10 seats. Included AI: $4 · 400 credits/month.
Team — $59 a month — 100 GiB, 25 seats. Included AI: $12 · 1,200 credits/month.
Seats are org-wide — not per workspace, so splitting work across several workspaces costs nothing extra.

What a credit is for

The managed AI balance is separate from membership: 100 credits = $1, with model usage priced at 2× actual provider API cost. Your own AI connection remains billed by your provider.

Monthly bonuses — Pro and Team bonuses renew with successful subscription payments and expire at the end of the billing period.
Purchased credits — top-ups are available on Starter too. Purchased credits carry forward and survive membership changes. No automatic refills.
When the balance runs out — managed AI pauses; your boards and collaboration continue.
Drawing on a board never costs one — annotating, replying and reviewing are not agent work.

Enterprise

Where self-hosting, air-gapped installs and negotiated limits live, with SSO against your directory set up alongside. Priced per company, because the requirements are per company.

Seats are uncapped — the seat limit is the one quota this tier does not carry.
500 GiB to start — per organisation, pooled across its workspaces; in a self-hosted install it is space in your own bucket.
Credits are negotiated — rather than bundled, and granted directly.
Self-hosted meters no plan — unless the operator turns plan limits on or connects subscription billing: until then every organisation on the install runs on Enterprise limits — 500 GiB of pooled storage, unlimited seats, 250,000 boards per workspace — whatever plan is stored for it.

What is never charged per use

The things that would make you ration the product are the things it does not charge for. A tool you hesitate to use is not being used.

Annotations, replies and questions — unlimited on every plan — a tester who finds nine bugs costs no more than one who finds one.
Reviewers — someone opening a board link is not a member and not a seat.
A plan you can read — storage, seats and a board ceiling per workspace decide the plan, and all three are on the pricing page; managed AI is its own prepaid balance.
